We are delighted to offer shipping services within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility within 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Orders:
At this time, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities to accommodate customers worldwide in the future.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
MENAE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the package has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or theft transfers to the customer. Item(s) Not in Stock:
Occasionally, due to high demand, our popular hair oil may be temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we have a procedure in place to ensure a smooth customer experience. If the hair oil you ordered is not in stock, we will promptly notify you via email or phone. You will have the option to either cancel your order and receive a full refund or wait for the item to become available again. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
